At RUSK, we stand behind our professional hair care products and styling tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring that all hot tools include their original cords, manuals, and protective inserts.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
